Khlood A. A. Abdeljawaad, 4th level B.Sc. student and CompChem Member, has recently published her first research article under the supervision of Ass. Prof. Mahmoud A. A. Ibrahim (Head of CompChem Lab) and Ms. Alaa H. M. Abdelrahman (M.Sc. student and drug discovery group leader), and in collaboration with Prof. M.-E.F.Hegazy (Prof. of Natural Products, NRC).  Ms. Khlood's graduation project focused on the discovery of natural-like products as potential anti-SARS-CoV-2 drugs.
